A landing zone safety training class was held at Lambert Hall tonight. Members from the Undines and surrounding companies learned about overall landing zone safety operations, loading patients, along with executing helicopter emergency procedures such as fuel shut off, extrication of crew members, and fire suppression.

An Undine crew on Engine 2-1 was in charge of setting up the landing zone and landing Life Flight in the field.
