A loving husband, devoted dad, loyal brother, and faithful friend, colleague, and mentor, Rich Kelley leaves a void in many hearts and the Undine Fire Company that cannot be filled.

Throughout his many endeavors over the years in public service, Rich was instrumental in the transition of the Logan Volunteer Ambulance Service becoming a paid service, which is now known as Bellefonte EMS. For the past 25 years, Rich had loyal and dedicated service to the Undine Fire Company, serving in multiple Chief Officer positions, training officer, and mentor to many.

A public viewing will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2024, from 4:00-8:00 PM, at Lambert Hall, 303 Forge Road, Bellefonte. An additional viewing will be held at Lambert Hall on Thursday, February 15, 2024, from 10:00 AM-12:00 PM. Funeral services will begin at noon with Pastor David Pencek officiating. Graveside services will directly follow in St. John’s Catholic Cemetery in Bellefonte.
